Editorial research tells you what a provider promises and what it costs. Real users can tell you what the service feels like after signup — the convenience, the frustrations and the details that pricing tables cannot capture.
We are deliberately starting with one central review area. Provider-specific user-review pages can come later when there is enough feedback to make them useful.

Only approved reviews appear here. Email addresses are never published.
Rather than filling the page with empty counters or imported reviews, MailboxScout is starting from zero and collecting feedback directly from its own readers.
Write a ReviewWe want this section to add a different kind of evidence to our editorial reviews. A user review can describe scan speed, forwarding experience, customer support, onboarding, unexpected fees or simply why a service works well in everyday life.
We may reject spam, promotional submissions, duplicate reviews, abuse, personal information, content unrelated to the provider or reviews we have strong reason to believe are not based on genuine use.
We do not remove a review because it is critical, and providers do not get to buy a better user rating. Affiliate relationships do not determine whether a user review is published.
We only use that label when MailboxScout has received reasonable evidence that the reviewer actually used the service. Simply ticking a box on the form is not enough for the badge.
