Virtual Mailboxes in Las Vegas, NV: Real Addresses, Plans & Costs

A Las Vegas virtual mailbox is more than a Nevada name on your mailing address. Different storefronts charge different amounts, and two marketplaces can list the same physical mail center. We checked real street locations, provider-published prices and the charges that affect a full year's cost.

Quick verdict: For a low-volume user who specifically wants Las Vegas, PO Box Zone is worth pricing first because its $99 entry plan and mailout charges are published. For monthly billing or neighborhood choice, look at Anytime Mailbox. At 7181 N Hualapai Way, compare Anytime against PostScan Mail before paying: the listed base prices and included services are not the same.

How this guide was researched: We used published, location-specific provider listings and their terms, not a first-hand mailbox rental or an assertion that every listed address has space available today. This page includes an affiliate link to PO Box Zone; some other providers below are not affiliate partners. The comparison is editorial, not pay-to-rank.

Las Vegas virtual mailbox addresses actually listed by providers

We selected three distinct street locations rather than reproducing every listing in a city directory. The Hualapai center appears through two booking platforms, so the table has four offers but only three physical addresses. Prices were published when checked on October 22, 2026; a provider may change them or charge more for a chosen plan or add-on.

A street or building match does not prove both platforms sell the same PMB number, subscription, billing relationship or mail-handling service. All cited prices are provider-advertised amounts, not guaranteed availability or all-inclusive costs.

Check the actual listings: PO Box Zone Las Vegas address, Anytime Hualapai Way, PostScan Hualapai Way, and Anytime Eastern Avenue.

Same street address, different subscriptions: Hualapai Way

Here is the most useful local finding. Anytime Mailbox lists 7181 N Hualapai Way at $9.99 monthly and identifies Mailing & More as the operator. PostScan Mail lists 7181 N Hualapai Way, Suite 130, but its month-to-month Starter plan is advertised at $15. The same base street address appears in both provider catalogs; it does not follow that the two account types are equivalent.

PostScan publishes a $2 Open & Scan fee for a qualifying scan of up to 10 pages on this Starter plan, plus $2 handling for the first item in a forwarded shipment and $0.50 per added item, before shipping. Anytime lists a $5 forwarding service charge on its Hualapai location page. The latter also describes scanning, but confirm exactly what counts as an included content scan rather than assuming it matches PostScan's definition.

MailboxScout buying rule: compare the complete checkout for the exact street address. Ask who handles the envelopes, whether local pickup is included, what happens to original papers, how many names may receive mail, and what fees apply to a scan or a forwarded parcel. Two prices at the same building are not proof of a bargain until the service scopes match.

Where PO Box Zone differs: 5348 Vegas Drive

PO Box Zone's own address directory lists 5348 Vegas Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89108, and the service's published terms name Eastbiz.com, Inc. as its operator. That is a concrete Las Vegas specialist rather than a generic nationwide marketplace. It offers three annually billed plans: $99, $150 and $250 per year. The low-use tier charges $5.50 for each mailout, the moderate tier $2.50, and the high-use tier advertises no eligible mailout handling fee; postage is separate.

Its published page also quotes $1 for a short scanned letter of up to ten pages and indicates that USPS and private couriers may deliver eligible items. A person who needs an actual Las Vegas street address, multiple verified recipients and occasional paper forwarding should compare this structure with the monthly marketplaces. The $8.25 monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment option.

What would a Las Vegas virtual mailbox cost over one year?

For a fair starting calculation, assume the customer wants an address for twelve full months and sends four separate shipments containing one letter each during the year. No interior scans, extra recipients, overage, premium-address charge, taxes or storage fees are assumed. The totals below add published base subscriptions and the published forwarding handling fees only. Postage is excluded for all three.

Las Vegas offer12-month subscription4 outgoing handling chargesIllustrative subtotal, before postage
PO Box Zone — Low-use, Vegas Dr$99.004 × $5.50 = $22.00$121.00
Anytime — Hualapai Way$119.884 × $5.00 = $20.00$139.88
PostScan — Hualapai Way, monthly Starter$180.004 × $2.00 = $8.00$188.00

These totals do not establish which service is cheapest for someone who needs frequent interior scanning, additional recipients or packages. For example, PostScan also publishes an annual-payment Starter rate for Hualapai Way, so an annual commitment changes its comparison. Ask each operator for the all-in cost of your actual pattern rather than extrapolating blindly from our model.

Which part of Las Vegas should you choose?

Vegas Drive (89108): useful for evaluating PO Box Zone's single Las Vegas operation and annual plan structure. Hualapai Way (89166): especially useful when comparing two platforms that publish one base street address. Eastern Avenue (89123): a separate location for someone whose preferred address format or pickup route is south of central Las Vegas. ZIP codes identify the actual addresses listed; they are not guarantees of neighborhood prestige or business eligibility.

A Las Vegas postal address can be convenient even when you live elsewhere, but a City of Las Vegas label does not automatically prove that a given property is inside a particular municipal or licensing jurisdiction. For permits, local pickup, physical presence, or business-registration rules, verify the precise address with the relevant authority.

Can you use a Las Vegas virtual mailbox for an LLC or banking?

A virtual mailbox is designed to receive and manage correspondence. It can be appropriate for a company's routine mailing address when the recipient organization accepts it. It is not inherently a physical operating office, residential address or statutory registered-agent appointment. Nevada Revised Statutes NRS 86.231 requires an LLC's registered agent to have a street address for service of process; purchasing a mailbox alone does not appoint that agent.

Likewise, a bank may request information about the business's physical location and beneficial owners that a CMRA address does not satisfy. The right question is not whether the address has a street number, but whether the specific institution accepts this type of address for this field. See our LLC address guide and business-address guide.

For a U.S. commercial mail receiving agency, USPS generally requires PS Form 1583 and identity verification. The postal format also needs the correct private mailbox identifier (PMB or #), not an invented residential apartment or office suite. Read the Form 1583 guide before setup.

Checklist before booking a specific Las Vegas mailbox

  • Copy the full street address and the actual permitted PMB format from the provider.
  • Check monthly versus annual billing, renewal rate, trial conditions and cancellation terms.
  • Confirm whether scans are envelope previews or inside-the-envelope content scans, and which are chargeable.
  • Ask which carrier delivers packages, what can be held or picked up, and for how many days.
  • Compare forwarding handling and real shipping quotes to your destination.
  • Check any business-name, DBA, extra-recipient and Nevada Registered Agent requirements separately.

Las Vegas virtual mailbox FAQs

What is the cheapest verified Las Vegas virtual mailbox in this comparison?

PO Box Zone publishes a $99 annual entry subscription, equivalent to $8.25 per month but payable annually. Anytime Mailbox displays $9.99 monthly plans for the two Las Vegas locations we examined. Other costs and services differ, so compare the full yearly bill.

Why do Anytime Mailbox and PostScan Mail display the same Las Vegas address?

Both platforms publish 7181 N Hualapai Way in Las Vegas. That identifies a shared street-level mail center in their directories, not necessarily identical subscriptions or handling terms. Verify the specific suite or PMB, operator, eligibility and service rules before paying.

Can I use a Las Vegas virtual mailbox as my Nevada LLC registered agent?

Not by default. Nevada law requires an LLC to have a registered agent with a street address for service of process. A virtual mailbox is generally a correspondence service, unless a separate qualifying registered-agent service is actually contracted.

Can I receive packages at a Las Vegas virtual mailbox?

Some of the services compared accept eligible packages, including PO Box Zone, Anytime Mailbox and PostScan Mail. Check exact location limits, carriers, holding times, pickup access and forwarding charges.

Do I need USPS Form 1583 for a Las Vegas virtual mailbox?

For a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA), USPS Form 1583 and qualifying identity documents are generally required. The mailbox number must use the correct PMB or # address format.

Can I get a Las Vegas virtual mailbox while living outside the United States?

Some providers can onboard non-US customers subject to their identity-verification procedures. Confirm whether they ship to your country, which items can be forwarded and the actual carrier and customs charges.
